This map includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, the seceding states, Arizona Territory, Colorado Territory, Dakota Territory, Kansas Territory, Montana Territory, and Nevada Territory. It was originally published in The American Republic (Chicago, IL: John W. Iliff and Co., 1892) 25 which is online at Internet Archive. The original map is in a private collection. I retrieved this image January 25, 2020, from Educational Technology Clearinghouse.

This map should have shown that Indian Territory that consisted of the Creek Nation, Cherokee Nation, Choctaw Nation, Seminole Nation and the worst of the enslavers of African people the Chickasaw Nation broke with the United States and allied with new treaties with the Confederate states of America…
